Disappointment in life

Disappointment is one of those things we encounter everyday. Sometimes we face big ones, and other times the disappointment seems negligible, or at least we tell ourselves that. No matter what type of disappointment you face, remember  one to not over-expect stuff from yourself or others, and two don't lose hope that out of your disappointment something great will emerge.
