The Power of Determination
Determination isn't about putting in the work for the sake of putting it in. It's about working hard when things get tough. It's about making the best out of the worst. You need to find a part of you that will be untouched by adversity and soar to excellence.

The Importance of Self-determination
Don't be determined to get others to help you. You need to be determined to make the best of everything by yourself first and also be resourceful. Be determined to be self-determined.

The Crowd You Keep
Don't hang around those who have no direction. You can for a moment to lift them up but if you make it a habit then you might find yourself right at the bottom with them.

The Importance of Self-Motivation
The feeling of despair is sometimes so comfortable that people would rather fill their minds with it than with hope. Don't stop. A big part of success is learning how to constantly motivate yourself. You can't depend on anyone to do that 24/7 for you. You can only do that for you.

Don't Give Up
Don't give up because you think that you are too young, old, or unqualified. There are people in your position or in a worse position who are thriving. You need to believe in yourself just as you are and learn how to adapt to any arising challenges. Everybody has a different road to success and only you can find the way to your unique path.

Don't Give Up
It's easier to give up than go on. Only the strong go the extra mile. Only the one who find the strength to go on when nothing is working.

How to Overcome Writer's Block
Have you ever had a moment when you wanted to write but didn't know what to write? If you aren't in school then it won't maybe matter that much. For those of you in college, I bet you all know how challenging it can get especially when you have to write on something that you are uinterested. Here are three things to do:
Write down the ideas that cross your mind as you might find a connection
Do extra research beyond what is assigned in class in order to find an angle of interest
Remind yourself that one of the signs of a good writer is someone who can write about something uninteresting and make it interesting

Remember who You are
Sometimes we lose focus of our identity and goals. You should want to learn more about yourself daily. Don't waste your time keeping up with the Kardashians, have you kept with yourself? You have to stay in tune with your past and present in order to daily remember who you are.

Self-discipline and Procrastination
Some college students think it is cute to say "I procrastinate a lot." Well that would be cute for an infant to say. But as a young adult you are basically just saying that you have no self-discipline to do what you really need to be doing at the right time and place and in the right way. You are basically dissing yourself. Like who would openly say, "I have no self-discipline" and yet millions will say, "I am a procrastinator." And yeah it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy that takes you down as you never live up to your full potential although it may look like you are superficially thriving. So today is your lucky day to kiss your lover Procrastination good bye. Hehehe!
Don't Force Things
Some things are meant to be attained by consistent and targeted effort. Some are not. Don't you sometimes wish that someone could stop you before you made a foolish mistake in the name of "persistency?" It's a good trait to have but we all need balance...let things be as they need to be...don't sweat it or force it.

How to Overcome Failures
What makes you think you are not better than them?
Who told you that you can't do what many have done?
Who or what is not the whole question...the question is what will you now do about it?

Birthing Your Dreams
What makes you the most nervous? Are you holding off learning to do something? Are you stopping yourself from creating a business? Do you know no one can stop you better than you? You have to go against yourself and birth your dream...it might be painful but it will be worth it.
Zero to Hero
When you are down, don't focus on your current position. Think about your destination. You may be at zero today but it doesn't always mean that you will be there. Exercise focus and humility and one day the tide will turn and you will make it from being at zero to a hero.

How To Motivate Yourself in College
There are times when you might not feel motivated to get certain things done. A good example is college students and schoolwork...yeah sometimes you don't see the point of studying for that horrible class. Life is so ironic and you will be surprised that one day that information can help you in an amazing way...so if you are finding hard to focus atleast remember that.

How to Become Independent
There are times when you want to give it up. It sometimes seems like the most logical decision. Why? Because each and everyone you counted on is not there and they don't even care about you. All of this doesn't mean you are to quit. Rather it is a time to pick yourself up...dust yourself and develop some independence.
Minimizing Stress Throughout Life
Timing is everything. There are somethings that are harder to get done once you are in another life stage. For example, it is almost inarguable that it is challenging to get your college degree when you have a big family to take care of. This is just one of many examples but all in all just always do things strategically so that you can minimize the stress on the way to your dreams.
Self-control and External Challenges
What makes you want to wake up every morning? Is it money, your friends, your family? It may not be one thing as it may depend on what is your primary motivational force. But whatever it is don't let that motivating factor control you...learn to control your life and be happy even in the midst of external challenges.

Watch the Company you Keep
If you want to get somewhere in the future then look who is around you. If you are surrounded by cynical people you are setting yourself up for stagnation. Learn to inspire the cynical and negative people but take a break too and find people who think like you and are even smarter than you. You need as many knives around you so you can be the sharpest knife on the shelf.
