Negativity and rising
We all have faced negativity in certain stages of our lives...that sinking feeling. However, there is no need to fear negativity, as it is also a teacher, as someone once said, "Adversity is the greatest teacher." So when things are not going as well with people or things, don't stress, but instead take it as a training ground. Not only that, but as a gift from life to help you to be prepared in the future for similar instances, as we all know life is sometimes a cycle, which sometimes leads to history repeating itself in many forms.

Dancing with the music of life
When I was little I was fascinated by ballerina dancers and figure skaters. I even remember trying to spin like Nancy Kerrigan one of the best figure skaters of the 90s. Never made it to a ballerina class, and yeah I still dance, and enjoy watching different kinds of dance shows. I don't know today what kind of music fascinates you, but don't forget to take time to dance. There is something magical about dancing that tells the story of life in a way that even words can't, so dance and dance!

Change
It is sometimes always easier to hope and pray that people or circumstances will change. And of course, if that or they change everything becomes okay. But wait a minute, what about us? Yes, what about you and me? We also have to change. Sometimes it is hard to change a person or circumstance; but what if you change while waiting for the change that comes or never comes? Well you will be on the winning side because you decided to change first, and move beyond the present cloudiness. Just make sure the self-change is balanced, so don't forget to be you in the midst of change.
