Forgiveness
Forgiveness is something you give. You give it to someone and yourself. Forgiveness is freedom. And, why do you need to forgive? Because one day you might very well need it.

The Power of Forgiveness
Wouldn't you want someone to forgive if you really did something bad to them? I bet you would. But then again you have to remember that there are some people who will knowingly or unknowingly hurt you and you still have to forgive them. If you don't you are living in bondage even if it feels like freedom.

Giving Second Chances
Don't we all like getting second chances? Yes we do but we are not always so willing to return the favor to others. Take some time to ask yourself who might be needing some forgiveness or encouragement from you. Yeah you know who that is...just give them a second chance.

The Blessing of Friendship
We sometimes let people or circumstances to make us form certain friendships. Such friendships will not be as genuine as the ones that you seek yourself. Choose your friends well and you will enjoy the beauty of human love. And don't forget that you have to always be ever-loving and forgiving.

Ways to Deal with Your Pain
We all have faced pain at one time or another in our lives. Sometimes the pain comes back and haunts us even after many years. Here are some things to remember when such thoughts cloud your mind:
- The past is the past and can't be changed
- Forgive yourself if you caused the pain and re-new the forgiveness for any people who might have hurt you at that time
- Remind yourself about what you gained from such painful lessons
- The past is the past and can't be changed

Reasons to Forgive your Enemies
We all have names for them...some call them enemies and some call them frenemies. Whatever you call them I am sure we can all agree that there are people in our lives who have wronged us. The cycle will never end and we might eventually end up hurting some. Here are some reasons to remind you to forgive regardless of the circumstances:
- Frees you from a cycle of negativity
- Gives you the wisdom to learn the lesson from the pain
- Reminds you that you might also need someone's forgiveness one day
- It is one of the greatest acts of love
- You never know the future as one day your enemy might turn out to be your best friend or your boss

Words and communication
People may sometimes forget whatever you did to them, but not what you said or wrote about them. Words are powerful, and they have the ability, to destroy or create relationships. Many a time we have caught ourselves saying the wrong thing due to being mindless. Be careful not to let your tongue go before your thoughts, think a lot before you speak, because sometimes your words will "not be forgotten but will be forgiven."

Reaping and sowing
Some people say it's karma and some say it's just a law of life. Either way we ought to know that we have to keep an eye on what are we putting in ourselves. We just have to be careful also because sometimes the way that others treat us is a reflection of ourselves. Great weekend!

Forgiving and letting go...
Have you ever wondered why forgiveness is sometimes so hard? Why do we always want to expect that others will never wrong us? Of course there is a difference between forgiving someone for backbiting, and forgiving someone for doing something serious like murder. But one way or the other, I think that realizing forgiveness is a two way street is a part of healing. Thus, in order to forgive others for anything, it is also important to make the decision that you don't want to remain hurt, vengeful, bitter or disappointed. Sometimes I think forgiveness is a choice we make when we decide whether we want to keep holding onto destructive pain ...or do we want to let go of the pain so we don't keep repeating the cycle in our minds and potentially harm others?
