Reasons to Write Down Your Vision

Sometimes all you need to inspire you is to see someone do what you have to do. You can sometimes have the privilege of having that but not always. At times, all you gotta do is write your vision down sometimes in order to see you in it. At least, it is a starting point even if the direction of your goals changes. What you write down today will impact your daily actions.

The Meaning of Easter to Me

As a Christian, Easter means a lot to me. It's not only about the day but what the day celebrates. It's about resurrection. I truly believe that a man named Jesus existed and is the source of my existence, and reason to live everyday. I can't count the number of times that he has been dependable. He is the reason why I started this blog.

Get up and don't give up

I don't remember the name of the movie but in an inspirational video I found online one of the voices said, "Get up and don't give up!" This is such a strong statement because everyone knows that they have a fear they need to overcome. People only see what you choose to show them. Very few people know that you need their support so at the end of the day you have to decide that you are determined to not only attempt to win but to get up every other time before you do win.

The Zeal to Start and Finish

You might sometimes wonder

Where do people get their passions?

What do they do to start and finish a goal?

You do want to know

People walk, run, sit, read

And others just breathe

Is this, what is called mere existence?

That's what you want to know

When you know what you think you don't know...will you then be free again with the zeal to start and finish a goal?

Hope Will Come If You Keep Searching

Sometimes you may feel like everyone and everything is against you. Learn to step back and remember how out similar rough times you emerged a victor. Panic won't take you anywhere but patience and determination can lead you to hope.

Creativity and life and nature

There is something special about you and the way you do things. There is something special about you and the way you approach life. There is something special about you and the way you see "you" and others. Don't let that go at any cost...don't lose your history...don't lose your values. For in all that and more is  the spark of creativity. Hold on to "you" and reach out with getting lost, and inspire yourself and others with the beauty of creativity in each and everything you do...Don't let go of it, as creativity is a rare commodity.

Insecurity is contagious

I bet a couple of us were trained to not be insecure from an early age. But for some of us maybe it was simply emphasized without any mention of the repercussions. Just think of it...if you are insecure you might consciously, unconsciously, or sub-consciously end up holding others back. So leave insecurity out of the door and say hello to a world of self-confidence that will empower you and others in a chain reaction.

Living in harmony

Harmony has a magical tingle on my tongue. It reminds me of peace and all those good feelings but I don't hear it used that much. I think there is something wonderful about having an inner peace that leads to harmony with those around you. Let us strive for harmony wisely in everything we do. Take time to listen to the experienced and they can share with you the road to harmony. Harmony is golden my friends:)

Solitude is golden

Are you afraid of taking time alone? Taking time alone is a gift in its self. Sometimes the best revelations or epiphanies emerge in moments of solitude. So whenever you find yourself alone either by choice or chance, in the midst of a busy day; embrace the solitude and listen....listen and you will hear what needs to be heard.

Humility and rising

Some people might think humility is a bad thing, but sometimes we don't even have to look so far, as nature shows us that being "lower like an ocean can give you power from rivers."And from that power, guess what? You can use to positively impact the lives of people around you and even afar. Also, just remember that no matter what your plight in life is, it's not all about you. Somebody must have made your life easier in one way or another, even directly or indirectly. So be humble and give back everyday in big and small ways, that is the essence of human life and nature.

Beauty and confidence go hand in hand

Can I share something today with you ladies? Beauty is confidence and confidence is a beautifier and beauty. So do you want to be beautiful? Then be confident. And are you confident? Then wow you are beautiful. Everybody has some beauty in them so don't wait to find out many years later. Know that today and live it out. Remember you are beautiful no matter what!!! And celebrate the beauty in others!!!

 

Achieving beyond your achievements

Everybody usually has a goal whether they are students, mothers, teachers. Having and achieving goals is a great thing, but we should not allow them to define us. We should know that our essence is more than any amount of awards or honors that we will ever receive after reaching our milestones. And of course, doing so can prevent us from comparing our plight to others, but instead we can celebrate their achievements, and encourage them to excel more.

Giving up or in...

Whenever you change your mind after trying very hard at something...don't feel defeated. Change is good. It's like a law of nature, because if nothing changes we won't have day and night or different seasons. Nevertheless, make sure that you make the right kind of change. Weigh all the pros and cons, listen to advice, and then follow your instinct. Be strong....being strong is not only about holding on and continuing. Learn to know when to start at one in order to win the war.

Purpose in life....

Have you ever though about what is your life purpose beyond your career? Is there really a day for us to figure out what is our specific reason for being on earth? The crazy thing is that we sometimes flee from our gifts and missions. And crazier than that, is that sometimes there is  no definite way to know for sure  that something is your purpose based on whether it brings you pain or joy or whether it is done with ease or difficulty. But I still think that passion is a good way to figure out our purpose. By figuring out what our passions are, it can be one way to begin a step at a time to find our true purpose in life that transcends our individual happiness, and goes on to make the world a better place.

Education for life

It's Friday!!! I used to be so excited about weekends when I was a first year student in college. Now that I am a third year student, I'm like well let it be. I don't mean to be pessimistic or anything, but sometimes after a week long of education and education...I'm just tired.

In spite of that, I strongly think education is a great thing to attain, and I mean a life-long education beyond that degree or Phd. And of course, our teachers aren't there to just feed us with knowledge, but also there to light the sparks of creativity in our minds. If you don't have such a teacher, then be one to yourself, and I bet you won't regret that decision for the rest of your life. Try taking free and for charge courses online and get your associates, bachelors or doctorate. Learning is fun and when done right can expand your horizons in ways you can never imagine.
