Dealing with Generational Curses

It is true that minority women in America experience higher infant mortality rates than other races. Some of the factors include the stress of being in a race-conscious society. It is more than ever imperative for young women of color to be taught before pregnancy how to deal with stress so that it does not carry on to their unborn children. This can apply to anyone else too. There are some issues you need to deal with now so that they don't move into your next generation.
