The Dangers of Jealousy
Why don't you celebrate when someone succeeds? Why do you get mad when someone gets what you have wanted for so long. Life is weird with its ups and downs and jealousy is not the way to go. It will just pull you down where you don't want to be. Learn to celebrate others success and it will make your life better even if for a second as you rid yourself of your selfishness.

Is there such a thing as constructive jealousy or envy?
Everyone seems to have their own definition of what jealousy or envy means. I think that to some extent both of them have over-lapping meanings. One way to put that is at the root of both of these attitudes there is this idea of "I want what you got...I am not happy that you have that instead of me." Both of these seem to stem from a deep seated "me" attitude. Like seriously why are we are always over-concerned with ourselves? No easy answers here but if you struggle with jealousy or envy or know someone that does then try to help them channel their energies into being more generous and less self-centred...then of course wait and see what happens.

The price of blessings
Whether you believe in a spiritual being or not it is possible that you have faced a moment when you were so blessed and yet had so many troubles with people. It is something we don't like to think of but being aware that people aren't sometimes sincerely happy with your successes can save you some strife. And even if you are on the other end, don't hate as everyone has their own time of blessing.

Good thoughts versus Bad thoughts
Everyday in life we are faced with good and bad things. We also have the freewill to choose our reactions, but not without a battle always. Sometimes we want to do good and end up doing bad. The inner battle of vice versus virtue is not the easiest even when we know what is right. A little ounce of encouragement for those fighting inner demons is remember; You can still decide which "wolf" to feed a day at a time.

Achieving beyond your achievements
Everybody usually has a goal whether they are students, mothers, teachers. Having and achieving goals is a great thing, but we should not allow them to define us. We should know that our essence is more than any amount of awards or honors that we will ever receive after reaching our milestones. And of course, doing so can prevent us from comparing our plight to others, but instead we can celebrate their achievements, and encourage them to excel more.

Confidence and its beauty...
It might not be the easiest thing to be...the whole world seems to scream and set a standard of what you should and should not be. However, deep inside of you...you know there is a real wonderful you. A you that does not have to let others down or boast in order to get noticed. There is a you that has a lot of potential waiting to be released, and when given the chance will humbly shine.
There is no use to compare ourselves to others in regards of money, beauty, brains or whatever as we are all unique. So let us be confident indeed today and believe in the greater individuality that lies within us.
Thanks again for your support everybody and let me know if you have questions or suggestions...Good day!

Unraveling the self destruction that steams from jealousy and envy.....
I think there are times that we find it easier to not celebrate the victories of others. Instead of channeling that energy in wishing the worst for others who are doing well...or having a low self esteem because someone can do something better than us; we should channel that energy into congratulating them first, then doing a lot of soul searching in order for us to discover what are the inner giants inside of us we can awaken in order to reach excellence.
