Self-destruction and yourself
Are you always quick to blame others when things go wrong for you? Is the problems always them and never you? If so then take a good look at yourself in and out. You will be surprised that a majority of the things that happen to you depend on your response. Yes you are responsible and have to hold yourself accountable. You alone have that power whether to lead yourself to self-destruction or to rise above any negativity in your life. Learn to take responsibility for yourself. A day at a time.

Waiting and waiting
Don't we all hate waiting? Funny enough, we are sometimes the ones who keep ourselves, and others waiting. Sometimes the best things in life take time. Sometimes what we want or need isn't ready, so we have to wait. So what should we do while waiting? One thing to remember is, that if you know what your waiting for is valuable, then give it some credit, and be patient....wait with a good attitude:)

Self -worth is critical
Where do you get your sense of self-worth? For some it might mainly be from others. But what's tricky about that? Well it's like giving people the right to define you. Who gave them the right? Maybe you? Whatever the case, just learn to respect you before respecting others; Know your worth!

Achieving beyond your achievements
Everybody usually has a goal whether they are students, mothers, teachers. Having and achieving goals is a great thing, but we should not allow them to define us. We should know that our essence is more than any amount of awards or honors that we will ever receive after reaching our milestones. And of course, doing so can prevent us from comparing our plight to others, but instead we can celebrate their achievements, and encourage them to excel more.

Silence is sometimes loud
Silence is sometimes golden. When I think of some of the people I admire, they all share one thing in common; they use silence at the right time. Silence when used right or in moderation is a great teacher to the self and others.
Sometimes we just need to take a break from all the noise and distractions and remain silent. Through silence we can spare ourselves a lot of pain or confusion; as remaining silent can give you more time to think before you open your mouth.
I believe some of the greatest ideas are born out of silence applied at the right time!
Great day everyone!!!!

Attitude determines your altitude
There are times in life when you might feel like nothing is working out. You might even feel like giving up, and simply just existing for the sake of it. But a bad attitude won't take you so far. So let us learn to change the inner parts of us beginning with our attitudes....which is a changeable thing before seeking to change the outer circumstances.

Love and trust...trust and love
I think that "I love you" is sometimes easier to say than, "I trust you." Because trust is not the easiest thing, although to truly enjoy loving someone you have to trust them totally. A lack of trust is actually something very dangerous that has the potential to break the best of relationships. A lack of trust is toxic. So it is important to get rid of any emotional, physical or psychological baggage related to trust in order to have the freedom to build trust in your relationships a day and step at a time. Honesty is of course an essential step in doing so...don't be afraid...just say it. But watch how you say what you want to say...Timing is key or else you might end up tearing down your relationship instead of building it.

Purpose in life....
Have you ever though about what is your life purpose beyond your career? Is there really a day for us to figure out what is our specific reason for being on earth? The crazy thing is that we sometimes flee from our gifts and missions. And crazier than that, is that sometimes there is no definite way to know for sure that something is your purpose based on whether it brings you pain or joy or whether it is done with ease or difficulty. But I still think that passion is a good way to figure out our purpose. By figuring out what our passions are, it can be one way to begin a step at a time to find our true purpose in life that transcends our individual happiness, and goes on to make the world a better place.
Great day!

One step at a time
I think it is interesting how in the quest to succeed we get so fired up and stressed, that we forget to even take one step...a baby step. We should really strive to start whether the conditions are ideal or not. I think it is great to have big dreams, but the art of accomplishing big things in small steps is also a valuable skill many of us overlook. So remember to dream big and not to wait forever to take that step or you will never learn to walk, run or fly!
Happy day!

Attitude will take you there....
It's crazy how much people have to put up with everyday. Yet it is still amazing how some people have the gift of the right attitude. Sometimes we tell ourselves that if we had this or that....or maybe if that one person would change then we would have the right attitude. Strangely enough, it's funny that an attitude can stay with you in good or even bad times. So let us attempt to develop the right attitude everyday that will help us to rise beyond any circumstance around us.
