A Reserve of Positive Energy
A lot of things that we do begin with a thought. Some of these thoughts seem to be so outright from our head but some seem to have come from a hidden place even after many years. The mind is just an amazing area to explore. We cannot exhaust our knowledge of the human mind but with the little that we know it is obvious that our thoughts play our part in influencing our actions. So don't surround yourself with negative information. Find ways to see the positive in the negative every day because you never know when you will need that reserve of positive energy.

Attitude is everything
What does an attitude mean? Have you heard people say more often she has an attitude than he has an attitude? I think anyone can have an attitude. It's not all about neck rolling or finger snapping...it's even in the way that someone reacts to different situations in a negative or positive way. Be mindful of your attitude and others around you. Nobody enjoys being around someone with a negative attitude so do yourself and others a favor by having a positive attitude.

Creativity and life and nature
There is something special about you and the way you do things. There is something special about you and the way you approach life. There is something special about you and the way you see "you" and others. Don't let that go at any cost...don't lose your history...don't lose your values. For in all that and more is the spark of creativity. Hold on to "you" and reach out with getting lost, and inspire yourself and others with the beauty of creativity in each and everything you do...Don't let go of it, as creativity is a rare commodity.

Family is family
Everybody is from somewhere, and even if you don't know your family, you still have a family history. We always end up moving here and there in the journey of life but don't forget your family. Apart from you all carrying the same DNA, there are so many other things that you all can share along the journey of life. And for those who have a family which has no biological ties, then take pride in that too, as there are some people in life who can be just like family. These are the people who have your best interests at heart no matter what you did or did not do. Recognize these people in your life and hold on to them because they are also "family."

The art of advice
There are times people share things with you. Sometimes all they want is just a listening ear. Not everyone wants to hear advice. So just take it slow. Listen and listen real good. Then you will know what to say, as there is a time for everything. And you will know when your advice is needed, and then you can share it in the most empathetic manner possible. Happy week!

Silence is sometimes loud
Silence is sometimes golden. When I think of some of the people I admire, they all share one thing in common; they use silence at the right time. Silence when used right or in moderation is a great teacher to the self and others.
Sometimes we just need to take a break from all the noise and distractions and remain silent. Through silence we can spare ourselves a lot of pain or confusion; as remaining silent can give you more time to think before you open your mouth.
I believe some of the greatest ideas are born out of silence applied at the right time!
Great day everyone!!!!

Attitude determines your altitude
There are times in life when you might feel like nothing is working out. You might even feel like giving up, and simply just existing for the sake of it. But a bad attitude won't take you so far. So let us learn to change the inner parts of us beginning with our attitudes....which is a changeable thing before seeking to change the outer circumstances.

Optimism
Are you putting off your happiness, or do you know someone who is? Putting off your happiness, and daily living in misery is like robbing one's self of the beauty of life. Every day should not just be a day to get over with it, but one to cherish. Learn to make everyday count with the currency of optimism in every circumstance. Take time to dance through the rains and sunshine of life!!!

Love and trust...trust and love
I think that "I love you" is sometimes easier to say than, "I trust you." Because trust is not the easiest thing, although to truly enjoy loving someone you have to trust them totally. A lack of trust is actually something very dangerous that has the potential to break the best of relationships. A lack of trust is toxic. So it is important to get rid of any emotional, physical or psychological baggage related to trust in order to have the freedom to build trust in your relationships a day and step at a time. Honesty is of course an essential step in doing so...don't be afraid...just say it. But watch how you say what you want to say...Timing is key or else you might end up tearing down your relationship instead of building it.

Seeing the good in and through the ugly and bad
A lot of the same things happen to people everyday. It is very interesting how everyone chooses to react. I bet all of those know those people who always have the right attitude everyday. Do they have perfect lives? Heck no, I don't think so. They have just mastered the art of blocking out apparent negativities that can darken their days. It is possible and has been done countless times. So in whatever you are going through don't let your circumstances determine your reaction. Just lay back and close your eyes, and choose to search or hold on to the past, present or coming good. Believe that life is beautiful.

Opposition means "Let's soar!"
Hey there everybody around the world! Today we are going to talk about opposition. Have you ever sometimes felt like you wanted to stop because of opposition? But who said that opposition has to be a red light? You never know maybe opposition is sometimes your yellow light telling you to wait a little longer...or maybe it is your green light telling you to go with all your might in pursuit of your dreams. Whenever you want to stop because of opposition when you know you have to go on just remember that a "kite rises against the wind." So go out and soar like a kite...Happy weekend!

Persistence beats the odds...
There are some things that we dream of doing that sometimes drain our energy for dreams worth pursuing. Or other times in the process of making our dreams a reality we encounter challenges. I think one of the keys to overcoming such downward circumstances is to be persistent. We should never let a "single defeat" cause us to lose sight of our coming victory.
So in whatever you do ...no matter how it gets don't forget to remain persistent and optimistic!
