Discipline is Not about Avoiding the Excess
Discipline is not always about restraining yourself from excess. Nor is it either engaging excessively in another seemingly beneficial material. Discipline is about balance and moderation. You can have a full life if you choose to live life in bits.

Silence is sometimes loud
Silence is sometimes golden. When I think of some of the people I admire, they all share one thing in common; they use silence at the right time. Silence when used right or in moderation is a great teacher to the self and others.
Sometimes we just need to take a break from all the noise and distractions and remain silent. Through silence we can spare ourselves a lot of pain or confusion; as remaining silent can give you more time to think before you open your mouth.
I believe some of the greatest ideas are born out of silence applied at the right time!
Great day everyone!!!!

Money and life
Some might disagree, and say money is everything. Well money is something, but without other aspects of life added to it, money sometimes has the potential to illuminate the shallowness of life. So yeah everybody gotta make their dollars, but don't make earning the money everything. Learn to make healthy compromises when it comes to money, but also be aware of the things that money can't buy like lost time with loved ones, health, and much more on your quest for money.
In other words, don't let money dictate the inner you....so try to "make the money work for you, instead of working for the money."

Finding and maintaining balance
We all have our goals and dreams. Everyday we try to do things that can help us get there quickly. But I wonder whether in our pursuit, we sometimes end up losing some important things. For others it might mean losing time with family, friends or time alone. Of course, our dreams are important but we should not allow them to be the only driving force in our lives, because even too much of a good thing can turn into a bad thing. So let us strive to practice moderation in different parts of our life, and little by little, we will enjoy the fruits of balance.

Trust and betrayal side by side
Sometimes the hardest thing to do after being betrayed is learning to trust again. For some it does not come easy when they end up extremely adhering to "Love all...but trust one" which can lead to them being bitter and distant to even trustworthy people.
However, everything has got its balance. I think distrust in moderation is a good tactic that can shield us from getting hurt when used well. Nevertheless, there are times we need to learn to trust others again or gain their trust.
Last but not least, know the difference between when it time to move on and throw out the "trash" after betrayal; and when it is actually time to recycle that "trash".
