Negativity and rising
We all have faced negativity in certain stages of our lives...that sinking feeling. However, there is no need to fear negativity, as it is also a teacher, as someone once said, "Adversity is the greatest teacher." So when things are not going as well with people or things, don't stress, but instead take it as a training ground. Not only that, but as a gift from life to help you to be prepared in the future for similar instances, as we all know life is sometimes a cycle, which sometimes leads to history repeating itself in many forms.

Leading and leadership
Leadership is indeed something that is worth practicing before claiming expertise. You can't know what kind of leader you are, until you actually start to lead. And of course, leadership is not all about you, but about others. If you have a broad vision for many people, and you are willing to put in the work to make it a reality, then you are a leader. And of course leading is all about "Let's go" and not just "Go!"

Quitting
Have you ever felt like quitting? It is sometimes the easiest thing to do. But when faced such feelings don't just throw your priorities away, take that time to re-examine and affirm your dream. Sometimes you face a major defeat before a major victory.

Achieving beyond your achievements
Everybody usually has a goal whether they are students, mothers, teachers. Having and achieving goals is a great thing, but we should not allow them to define us. We should know that our essence is more than any amount of awards or honors that we will ever receive after reaching our milestones. And of course, doing so can prevent us from comparing our plight to others, but instead we can celebrate their achievements, and encourage them to excel more.

Giving up or in...
Whenever you change your mind after trying very hard at something...don't feel defeated. Change is good. It's like a law of nature, because if nothing changes we won't have day and night or different seasons. Nevertheless, make sure that you make the right kind of change. Weigh all the pros and cons, listen to advice, and then follow your instinct. Be strong....being strong is not only about holding on and continuing. Learn to know when to start at one in order to win the war.
Great day!

Purpose in life....
Have you ever though about what is your life purpose beyond your career? Is there really a day for us to figure out what is our specific reason for being on earth? The crazy thing is that we sometimes flee from our gifts and missions. And crazier than that, is that sometimes there is no definite way to know for sure that something is your purpose based on whether it brings you pain or joy or whether it is done with ease or difficulty. But I still think that passion is a good way to figure out our purpose. By figuring out what our passions are, it can be one way to begin a step at a time to find our true purpose in life that transcends our individual happiness, and goes on to make the world a better place.
Great day!

Opposition means "Let's soar!"
Hey there everybody around the world! Today we are going to talk about opposition. Have you ever sometimes felt like you wanted to stop because of opposition? But who said that opposition has to be a red light? You never know maybe opposition is sometimes your yellow light telling you to wait a little longer...or maybe it is your green light telling you to go with all your might in pursuit of your dreams. Whenever you want to stop because of opposition when you know you have to go on just remember that a "kite rises against the wind." So go out and soar like a kite...Happy weekend!

Focusing to get by...
One of the challenging things in life for some people is realizing that there are boundless opportunities. I guess it must be part of human nature for us to devalue our other capabilities, and sometimes aimlessly focus on that which is not attainable. There is a line between realistically stretching yourself, and foolishly attempting to do something which brings you, and all your other capabilities down.
So we have to choose our battles wisely, as we pursue our goals in order to win the war in whatever area of life we are faced with challenges. We can do it Olympian style...let us focus on excelling in the little things we do everyday, and one day we will realize that all those little things we did finally amount to something big and wonderful. Moral of the story: Take a step at a time!

Persistence beats the odds...
There are some things that we dream of doing that sometimes drain our energy for dreams worth pursuing. Or other times in the process of making our dreams a reality we encounter challenges. I think one of the keys to overcoming such downward circumstances is to be persistent. We should never let a "single defeat" cause us to lose sight of our coming victory.
So in whatever you do ...no matter how it gets don't forget to remain persistent and optimistic!

Goals and realities
I am pretty sure that growing up you all might have heard the saying, "You can be anything you dream of". However, such a phrase does not give much more information about the realities involved when striving to attain a goal. I think the quote should not only put emphasis on a dream but dreams. Because as we move on in life in pursuit of our dream; there are times we'll realize we can't achieve that dream....but if we have dreams then we can focus on those instead of despairing over what could have been.
So if we don't achieve our goals or dreams we should not give in to bitterness towards ourselves or those who have accomplished what we wanted to do. We should instead transform our disappointment into a dynamic energy to help us pick up the pieces from the broken dream and make them into a wonderful tapestry in an achievable dream.
Great weekend everybody!
